What to Expect Physically and Mentally
Fasting is a powerful way to cleanse the body of toxins and reset its natural functions. After the first 24 hours, your body enters a deeper state of detoxification, reaching down to the cellular level.
During this process, the mind may try to convince you that you need food, but our program is designed to help you quiet these thoughts and focus on a more refined healing: the spiritual.
Throughout your fast, you’ll be fully supported and guided. We’re here to create a safe, peaceful environment where you can relax and step away from daily life for a while.
