We are now raising funds ! As some of you may know, our dear friend Chris had a bad accident and unfortunately broke his knee.
He’s fortunately now back home recovering with the help of his close people and community, but facing a hefty medical bill.
We’re reaching out to our wonderful broader community to come together and help Chris during this challenging time. Every little bit counts and will make a big difference in easing his financial burden.
The work of our preservation project reaches in many directions, Education, Regeneration of dwindling botanical species, Traditional knowledge and support of Indigenous peoples. With a limited budget and a lot of passionate volunteers we've made great impacts on our local and global community, but we are launching a crowdfunding campaign to amplify our ability to serve the Planet and the heritage medicines of this world. With your contributions our resources to catalyze change will grow exponentially.
This funding Initiative is meant to be a pulse of extra power to help support the inevitable expansion of the library's work. These donations will ensure we are on a path to sustainable independence and can internally generate funds going forward.
